The cosmetics and packaging are inspired by Kintsugi, the age-old art of mending brokenness into beauty - traditionally this is seen using gold to mend and reform smashed pottery. This is a poignant reminder of the grace that arises from the African spirit, turning what was once shattered into something precious and celebrated.

After many years of working in the cosmetic science industry, Grace has decided to launch her own personal line of cosmetics; Iray by Grace.
I have spent most of my career developing and launching amazing consumer products, including cosmetics, with quality, compliance, and consumer safety at the heart of every project.
It was the most recent chapter of my personal life and career that finally prodded me to create my cosmetics product range. For anyone who knows my work, products with integrity align with values close to my heart.
With over three decades of visionary leadership, and a fervent commitment to training, there are lots of stories! I firmly believe that ‘When you open the door for others to shine, some of those rays warm you and light up your paths’.
