I have spent most of my career developing and launching amazing consumer products, including cosmetics, with quality, compliance, and consumer safety at the heart of every project. Whether products are manufactured for the mass market or the premium end, they must be safe, legal and produced ethically for the consumer.
Improved product compliance helps brand owners to avoid the pitfalls of excessive product testing, product withdrawals and recalls that can ultimately damage trust in their brand.
Over recent years, my experience in project and supplier management has been well utilised in the development and management of accredited safety and quality Standards. As a qualified lead auditor and educator, I have audited many factories, created and delivered training courses to a variety of stakeholders including qualified factory auditors.
